We are Eco Way, a company based in Dubai, UAE. Our main objective is to provide transportation services for food delivery and small parcels, utilizing renewable energy sources and a rapid battery replacement system. This endeavor is aimed at preserving the environment, reducing noise levels in the city, optimizing b2b models and diversifying the UAE's economy. Our company has developed electric scooters that are specifically designed for food and parcel delivery services. To optimize the efficiency of our delivery operations, we propose to use a battery swap stations as an alternative to conventional charging methods. This would allow us to replace depleted batteries with fully charged ones within approximately one minute, rather than waiting for a full charge that can take up to four hours.
We have developed 3 versions of our delivery bike, each model is equipped with a GPS tracker for real-time tracking. Our bikes have the same power output as 125cc motorcycles. For instance, the 2021 Yamaha N-max ABS has a fuel consumption of 44 km/l, making it the most fuel efficient 125cc gasoline scooter in the world. In ideal conditions, a gasoline-powered bike would require 6.65 AED to cover 100 km. In contrast, our electric bikes only require 3.5 AED for a single battery swap, allowing them to cover approximately 130 km on a single charge. With battery swapping stations, the process of swapping out a depleted CATL battery for a fully charged one can be completed in just a minute.
Battery replacement occurs in 3 stages:
1. Scan the QR code and press the pay button.
2. Open the empty slot to place the discharged battery into it.
3. After closing the slot with the discharged battery, the charged battery slot opens for installation in the scooter, allowing you to continue riding!
Our battery swap stations have 12 charging slots for batteries and are constantly connected to the internet, which enables us to monitor various indicators, including voltage, temperature, and others, during the charging process. Unlike charging stations for electric cars, our battery swapping stations do not require any special network connections and can be connected to a regular socket, making them suitable for installation anywhere. To ensure safety, the charging stations are equipped with an active fire extinguishing system.

The H-9 CITY is designed for non-licensed riders who are engaged in local deliveries for mini marts, local restaurants, or in-house food delivery. These riders are essential to the business model of such establishments since they are typically in a lower salary bracket, which results in significant savings on human resource expenditure when multiplied by a fleet of riders. With a range of up to 200KM on a single charge, the H-9 CITY model enables frequent small runs without the need for battery swapping. As local runs are generally of a shorter distance, battery swapping may be required every few days at most. However, the swapping stations are conveniently located in accordance with the needs of the clients, offering free parking and waiting time.
The H-9 SPORT model is specifically created to cater to the needs of businesses that require an affordable delivery solution in the UAE urban areas where speed limits are limited to 85KM/H for licensed riders. These e-bikes are suitable for carrying food or small parcel deliveries, and they are allowed on highways, traveling at a steady speed. Given that these bikes may cover longer distances on highways, battery swapping is usually required on a daily basis, with swapping stations conveniently located to meet the clients' needs. The H-9 SPORT e bikes have a range of 130KM before requiring battery swapping.
The H-9 PRO The H-9 PRO model is a tailor-made solution designed to cater to the unique delivery logistics requirements of businesses in the UAE that are involved in food or small parcel deliveries. Since these e-bikes can reach a top speed of 110KM/H, they require licensed highway riders who can skillfully handle them on the roads. The courier and food delivery businesses that operate in the UAE find the H-9 PRO model to be the most suitable choice for their riders, whether they are employed directly by the company or work for third-party logistics providers. With a range of 100KM, riders can easily navigate their delivery routes, covering a significant distance before the need for battery swapping arises.
